Why We’re Relaunching Our Tournament Company—With Coaches in Mind

Eight years in the making…

For years, our sister brand, Top Recruit, focused heavily on the recruiting showcase space. We worked closely with college coaches, high-school athletes, and elite travel programs, which gave us a deep understanding of how competitive events should operate at the highest levels.

That experience also exposed a gap—especially at the youth level.

Too many tournaments are built around volume, not execution. Too many weekends are spent juggling poor schedules, inconsistent field quality, long travel between complexes, and unnecessary friction that pulls coaches away from what matters most: developing their players and competing at a high level.

That’s why we made the decision to relaunch our tournament company with a renewed focus on raising the standard at the youth and younger travel-ball divisions.

Built by Tournament Operators Who Understand the Grind

Our events are led by experienced tournament operators who have spent years in the travel-ball ecosystem. We understand:

  • What realistic schedules look like
  • How to manage fields, weather, and game flow
  • How important communication and consistency are
  • How frustrating poorly run weekends can be for coaching staffs

We don’t guess—we build events the way we would want them run if we were in your shoes.

Logistics Are the Priority

Everything about our events is designed to eliminate unnecessary stress for teams:

  • One venue for the entire weekend
  • Top-tier complexes only—no secondary or overflow fields
  • Efficient game formats that maximize competitive reps
  • Clear schedules and expectations

We believe coaches shouldn’t have to sacrifice quality or preparation time because of poor event planning.

A Different Philosophy in a Saturated Market

The youth tournament landscape is crowded with events focused on filling brackets rather than delivering quality experiences. Our approach is different.

We are not trying to run the most tournaments.
We are focused on running the right tournaments—with structure, accountability, and attention to detail.

Our goal is simple: events that coaches trust, teams return to, and players benefit from.

Premier Venues, Proven Locations

We’re proud to launch our relaunch schedule at elite facilities that allow us to execute at a high level:

  • Battle Creek, MichiganBailey Park for our Great Lakes Summer Classic
  • Starkville, MississippiCornerstone Sports Complex (12 turf fields) hosts our StarkVegas Summer Classic
  • Shreveport–Bossier, LouisianaTinsley Park Sports Complex (10 turf IF grass OF fields plus a fully covered hitting facility for pre-game prep) plays home to the Cajun Classic
  • Conway, Arkansas – Conway Station Baseball Complex (9 all turf fields) will be home to our Arkansas Summer Classic
  • NOTE: We chose locations that best suited handling any weather hiccups that usually negatively a schedule as well as maintenance schedule for dragging fields etc associated with natural surfaces. Natural is always preferred but we want everyone to get their money’s worth when it comes to gametime.

Coming this fall:

  • North Orlando, FloridaSoldiers Creek Park is where our Pink Ribbon Classic (PRC) takes place in late October. If you play in the colder states in the Fall, give this event consideration. Any teams that win our Michigan, Mississippi, Louisiana and Arkansas events get free entry into the PRC.

These complexes allow teams to stay in one place, stay on schedule, and stay focused on competing.

Competitive Incentives That Matter

Select events will award:

  • Alliance Fastpitch AFCS qualifying berths to the Top 2 finishing teams for 10u & 12u
  • Free entry into future tournaments for event champions

Performance on the field should lead to real opportunities, not just hardware.

The Standard Moving Forward

This relaunch is about building events that respect your time, your program, and your athletes. We’re excited to start this next chapter with coaches who value organization, quality, and competitive integrity.

👉 Registration is open. We look forward to competing with you this season
