Our mission is simple: deliver the nation’s premier travelball tournament experiences abroad, designed for athletes, families, and coaches who want more than just another weekend of games.
We specialize in hosting events with one core focus: providing the best non-privatized tournament experience in the country for everyone attending. Every event is built around three things: efficiency, quality, and the overall experience for everyone attending. You’ll NEVER find one of our tournaments holding games on bigger fields without using appropriate fencing because HomeRuns over fences are part of the experience for these kids. There’s nothing worse than attending our own kids tournaments and seeing 10u players chasing after balls to 300′ fences. As tournament organizers, LET’S DO BETTER!
From streamlined logistics and clear communication to fair game lengths and on-site tournament directors, we take care of the details so you can focus on the game whether you’re a player, coach or spectating family member. There are too many event operators offering subpar events taking advantage of the youth sports industry and our goal is to disrupt this all to common and unfortunate occurrence. We advocate for those spending the money that fuels youth sports and providing an experience everyone leaves wanting to know when and where our next events are.
Our tournaments well rarely be scattered across a multitude of complexes that normally requires endless driving for families. We will always host at the best possible facilities, giving young players access to the best playing environment while making it easier for families to enjoy their time together both on and off the field. In essence, we thrive where mega-tournaments can’t deliver.
Future Prospects is about more than sports.

My own journey started in 1985 with a tee, a glove, and a dad who cared enough to be my coach. Those simple moments turned into Little League All-Star games, multiple Nevada State Championships, and eventually a chance to pitch for the University of Hawaii Warriors. Baseball gave me opportunities I will never forget.
Future Prospects was born from a vision to give back and create the kind of tournaments I wished existed when I was a kid. After years of running events and watching the youth baseball landscape change, I knew the time had come to raise the standard of youth sports events.
This is not just about tournaments. It is about building experiences that players, families, and coaches will carry with them for life. Thank you for being part of it.

Youth Baseball and Softball anchor our foundation, but are only the beginning. Future Prospects will expand into youth baseball in the Fall of 2026 as as we look forward into youth basketball, youth volleyball, youth soccer, youth lacrosse, flag football, and more.
We are bringing the same energy, excellence, and organization to every sport we touch. Our goal is to create platforms where young athletes of all sports can showcase their talent, learn the foundational lessons of how to lead and follow effectively while making memories that last a lifetime.
